almost natural
I think it’s been a little over a year since I’ve had a relaxer in my hair!!! But I’m still in the process of transitioning from relaxer to natural. I’m not sure when I’ll get all my relaxed ends off but for now that’s not my main focus. I’ve got enough new growth that I want to retain and more that I want to grow! My goal is long hair but more importantly healthy, long hair. My current hair regiment
-I get my hair pressed professionally at the salon. I NEVER attempt to straighten my own hair. One, it takes way too long. Two, I don’t wanna risk breakage because I really don’t know what I’m doing. and Three, it doesn’t matter how many times I run a flat iron through my damn hair, I can’t seem to get it as straight as the lady who does my hair! I get my hair pressed every 3 weeks or so. I’m trying to stretch the trips to the salon for every 6 weeks because your supposed to get your ends trimmed every 6 weeks.
-In between salon visits, I style my own hair & wear it in it’s natural state. I’ve been using rollers so my hair is in spiral like curls. I really love this style. Sometimes I will my hair in two flat twists, like french braids but I twist my hair. I want to experiment with more protective styles so I can retain length.
-hot oil treatment…I’m gonna start this treatment. I find my hair is brittle at times & dry. so hopefully this help.
-shampoo- carol’s daughter products. there all natural & contain no harmful & harsh chemicals like sulfate.
-deep condition- apply conditioner on hair, scalp & ends of hair…especially those ends!!! and I sit up under a dryer for about 15 mins or so and rinse.
- In addition, I’m taking a daily vitamin which contains vitamins that promote hair growth.
-I’m gonna try castor oil for hair growth. At that moment, I use this palmer’s forumla cocoa oil which contains Vitamin A& E. It also has biotin, which almost promotes hair growth.
With me doing all this, I figure something has to give!
it’s crazy…
it’s crazy you can have on convo w/somebody and you just feel this immediate spark/chemistry and this person is suddenly on your brain. I almost feel crazy but in a good way. I guess the thing that impressed me the most about him was he wanted to get to know ME and MY MIND. There was no sexual innuendos made and or sneaking peeks at my body. His eyes were focused on my face (which I mean it is a pretty face…) the whole time. He wasn’t eyeing me up and down. To be honest, that isn’t a turn on for me and I hate when guys do that shit. I feel dirty or like I’m a piece of meat. But he just stared me in my face w/an intensity that turned me all the way the fuck on!!! It’s refreshing really. The last guy to notice me and just look me in my face and not have his eyes wander down my body while he was talking to me was my ex boyfriend. And that was about 2 years ago. Now I’m sure he’s looked my body and thought things. But whenever I walk into class (he’s my classmate), he just looks me in the eye and no place else. I think he would be a potentially great guy.
buy me a Tiffany band set so I know it’s real lol lol…but seriously. What woman wouldn’t want this?! It’s classy and classic. And the wedding ring is one stone, just like I want.

I’ve envisioned my wedding dress & my wedding for quite some time now. My theme would be Southern Belle, pearls & lace meets cosmopolitan NY. And these would be the perfect shoes for my dress!!

paradise…I would love to be able to go here whenever I wanted to get away from everything and everyone. Just sit & write or do whatever I wanted to do.

Idk where this house is located but it’s beautiful. This is the kind of house I can see myself raising a family in.
